Refund & Return Policy

Effective Date: July 8, 2025

At Eliv8 Beauty, we take pride in handcrafting each of our skincare products with care, quality, and love.  Due to the personal care nature of our products, the following Return & Refund Policy applies:

1. All Sales Are Final:

  • For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on skincare products or body care once they have been opened or used.

2. Damaged or Defective Products:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:

  • your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

We will gladly:

  • Offer a replacement for damaged items

  • Issue a store credit or refund where applicable

3. Missing or Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it:

  • Please check with neighbors or your local post office first.

  • If the issue persists, contact us and we'll work together to find a solution.

4. Cancellations:

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement.  Once production or shipping has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.

5. Customer Responsibility:

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.  We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
