At Eliv8 Beauty, each of our products is handcrafted with love and care in Blythewood, South Carolina.  We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and smoothly as possible while maintaining the quality you expect from our brand.

1. Order Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 3-5 business days.

  • Please note that our products are handmade in small batches, processing time may vary slightly during peak seasons or promotions.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:

  • We offer Standard Shipping via USPS.

  • Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days after processing.

  • Expedited shipping may be available upon request (additional fees apply).

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Rates:

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total, weight, and destination.

  • Free shipping may be offered for orders over $100.

4. Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

5. Shipping Destinations:

  • We currently ship to all U.S. States.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments:

  • Eliv8 Beauty is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments caused by the carrier.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos of the damage so we can assist you.

7. Incorrect Addresses:

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

  • We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
